Review Tenderer Bid Submission

Tenderer’s will not be able to upload a Bid Submission once the Actual Tender Close Date & Time has been reached.

Those Users listed on the Tender Security Tab on the Contract Package will not be able to view these Bid Submissions on the relevant tab UNTIL the Package Administrator User sets the Contract Package Stage = Tender Submission Closed or higher.

Note: The name of the Tab is configurable, and so you this may be called a different name e.g. Tenderer Bids.

Once the Contract Package Stage = Tender Review or higher, then these records will show and be available for to the Tenderer Security Users to access and be available for those Users on the Tender Package Security Tab to use they hyperlink to access and open the documents.
