Send a Tender Communication (Outgoing)
Use the Add Document feature to create a outgoing Tender Communication.
Outgoing Documents - except Tender Transmittals - are created using the normal Register ‘Add Document' function, and is restricted to those Users who have access to the Tender Register for the outgoing communication (normal Register security).
The Tenderer Company will be notified by email once the Document is set to a PUBLISHED Status.
IMPORTANT: This must be created under a Tender Management Register to enable this to visible to the specific Tenderer Company via the Tenderer Portal (and to enable an email notification to be sent).
If this is created under a non-Tender Management Register - then the only way this can be issued to a Tenderer is via a Tender Transmittal.
