How Do I?
How Do I Action a Workflow against the Document form?
-There are two ways to search and select for the Document No associated with the Workflow:
- Search the Document in SDD - Search & Download Documents screen, or
- Search the Document in AWF - Action Workflows (Mobile App) screen by entering the specific Document No in the filter screen.
1. Select the Workflow icon on the Document form sub-Action bar. |
---|
Once the Document linked with the Workflow to be 'actioned' has been selected, press the Workflow icon on the sub-Action bar to display the Workflow Activity list. |
2. Select from the Workflow Activity list |
---|
Select the Workflow Activity to be 'actioned' and the Action Workflow screen will be opened. Set the Outcome and progress to the next Activity Owner. |
Once sent, click the close (X) icon on the confirmation message. |
3. View the Workflow Activity list after sending to the Next Activity Owner. |
---|
After closing the confirmation message (as shown in the previous illustration), the screen will be redirected to the Workflow Activity list and it will e automatically updated with the next Activity Owner being displayed. Note - In the event that the logged in User tried to open again the Workflow Activity, the screen will be in 'Read Only' mode already and will display a message 'VIEW ONLY - CANNOT CHANGE (You are not the Owner)'. As the next Activity Owner(s) logs in, they can view and do the same process to 'action' the Workflow Activity sent to them. |
